Led by SBV Premier coach Ibrahim Kante, Soccer Pals is about fun, friends, and giving your little one the confidence to thrive in a group setting.

What Is Soccer Pals Playgroup?
Soccer Pals Playgroup is a five-week soccer program for boys and girls ages 2½-5.
Yes, they’ll dribble, pass, and score goals. But they’ll also:
Build confidence in a team setting
Develop early social skills
Practice listening and following directions
Burn energy (so naps come easier!)
The Playgroup is centered around soccer, but what we're REALLY doing is giving your little one time out of the house (which means more time for you) and the chance to hang out with kids their age in a setting that's not school-based.
So they can be themselves, and develop a "team sports" mentality that will give them confidence for life to achieve anything they decide to focus on.
The Playgroup is a five-session program at Prestige Indoor Sports facility and it's run by Coach Ibrahim Kante.
During the sessions, your kiddo will learn the foundation of the game - so dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting - all that good stuff but they'll also have a blast with Coach Kante's games, mini scrimmages, and other activities to keep the kids moving.
No lines. No drills. No boredom. Just fun, movement, and games designed for little learners.
And parents love it just as much as the kids — because it’s one hour a week where you can run errands, enjoy a quiet coffee, or just relax knowing your child is safe, active, and having a blast.
How Soccer Pals Works:
First, this is not a soccer team or a league. It's one session per week for five weeks of foundational soccer training, games, mini scrimmages, and an all-around blast with Coach Ibrahim.
5 sessions total – one hour each
Once per week – pick the day/time that fits your schedule
All equipment provided – just bring a water bottle and tennis shoes (cleats not required)
Drop-off or stay – you’re welcome to watch or use the time for yourself
All equipment is included, so you don't have to bring anything except a water bottle and a smile. You don't even need cleats - tennis shoes are fine.

Playgroup Investment:
Soccer Pals Playgroup is normally $135 for all 5 weeks.
HOWEVER, if you register before September 10th at midnight you can save $10, which makes this just $125 ($25 per session) and includes a free Sporting BV t-shirt.
We built this program to cost less than typical childcare, while giving your little one a positive outlet that keeps them active and engaged. Instead of sitting in front of a screen, they’ll be learning, laughing, and playing soccer.
All About Coach Ibrahim Kante, Soccer Pals Head Coach:
Ibrahim grew up in Bamako, Mali on the west side of Africa, where soccer was everything to him and his friends. He played with a soccer ball made of plastic, and every day he and his friends would look for four big rocks to make two goals on the street!
Coach Ibrahim played with his friends every day, and his love for the game brought him to the United States, where he made two appearances as a rookie in 2003 with New England Revolution of Major League Soccer, before moving on to Milwaukee Wave United of the USL A-League in 2004.
Coach Ibrahim's resumé
Played professionally for the New England Revolution (MLS) and several top indoor clubs, including the Kansas City Comets
Scored the first professional goal in Crystal Palace Baltimore history
Has coached youth soccer in KC for over a decade
Currently leads six Sporting Blue Valley Premier teams
He closed his professional playing career in 2013 with the Kansas City Comets, which brought him to Kansas City.
After his playing career, he began coaching. He coached for over a decade at Rush, and made the move to Sporting Blue Valley two years ago and now he coaches six Sporting Blue Valley premier teams:

Coach Ibrahim Kante is a pillar of our community here at Sporting Blue Valley, and he has already made a huge impact for our Premier teams, special programs like Skills Club, and is highly requested for private trainings.
Growing up in Mali and working hard to get where he is today made him the player, coach, and dad he is to his two kids Nango and Aissata.
Availability
Soccer Pals Playgroup will close as soon as it fills (we're only admitting 15 people per session), but if you want to claim the discount you'll need to register before the timer hits zero to get $25 off your order.
That being said, we're going to offer this in the future for $200. But if you register before the deadline, you'll be one of the first to ever register for this, so it's our way of saying "thank you" to you for being part of something new.

How to Register For The Playgroup:
All registration is done inside your Sporting Blue Valley account.
Click one of the buttons on this page, and it'll take you to our login page where you can put in your email username and your password, and then you'll see your dashboard.
On your dashboard, click "XX Available Programs" next to your player's name.
You'll see all the available programs for your player - select "SPORTING BV Soccer Pals" and select your session and location.
Once you've selected it, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Skip" "Continue" or "Next Player" until it brings you to the next page where you can put in your player information.
Once you've put in your info, click "Continue" again and once you've paid on the next page, you're good to go!
(If you have problems selecting it on your phone, turn your phone sideways (landscape) and you'll see a blue button to select instead of just a program description)
